−About Comissioning−

Please Read ALL of this page before comissioning me. Items that I take comissions for are Yahoo!Auctions(Japan),Mobile Auctions(MBOK),Fabric(Rare GL-type fabric), Gothic Lolita Clothes and Accesories, Anime items (Goods, Figures), Magazines (books), CD`s (Music), and Games. Mostly everything can be comissioned to get. I do not take comissions for Japanese Pornography items and items prohibited to be sent overseas by law. The merits of using me to buy your Japanese items is that I will write an e-mail every 4-5 days to tell you of my progress. I keep people "unworried" about how this is going along. I also send a photo of the items as they are once they reach me (if requested). I can try to look for items that are out of sale (i.e. secondhand) if you send me an image of the item. I can not auction (mbok, Y!J) for an item under 3 days at all. (5 days if it`s the weekend) (02/17/2007) Do not ask me regarding quotes on the second payment. I cannot quote shipping until the object is in my hands and I know how heavy the item is. Hazard policy: In any case where I am faced with a enviormentally caused hazard, I will not be held accountable for refunds. If I am faced with an unnaturally caused hazard and I am not at fault, I will not be accountable for refunds, but if I AM held accountable of that hazard I will be refunding.

−Stores−

I take comissions for stores that have a Tokyo Branch, or online stores if you want one from Mille Fleur/Antique Beast. I can take up Yokohama branches as well though this will require you to pay for travelling costs. I will update this list when I find it is possible for me to go there. Note: For Angelic Pretty I will take up Reservations only because items online for sale do not match items in-store or can be possibly unavailable.

−Process−

The comission process is rather complicated. I ask for two separate payments. This is so that I am ensured that you will still take the item and that I am not ripping you off in any way. The first payment I ask out of you is the payment for the items only (with tax). I will ask also for the paypal fee which consists of the default fees with currency fees. If you buy an item via Yahoo Auctions, then I will ask for about 600 yen (depends on item and how the seller is shipping) for the shipping for the item to get to me. Once I recieve the payment, I will transfer the fund into my bank account so I can withdraw it. This takes 3-4 business days. Once I withdraw the money, I will shop only on the weekends or wednesday. If you ask for me to buy from a store and they don`t have the item unless I order them, then it will take an additional 4 days or so. If you asked me to place a bid on an item, It will take approximatley a week for the item (if won) to arrive at my place after the auction has ended. After the item is in my hands, I will ask for the second half of the payment. This payment includes my comission fee(see below), shipping fees(see below), and the paypal fee for this payment. Once I recieve this payment, I will ship the items to you. I usually ship from Toshimaku Post Office, which is where all Items shipped from any place is sent to before entering Narita if sending items from Tokyo. This helps the item arrive faster since there is no worrying your item is delayed shipping via weekend. (Additional: I can ship on weekends here) Note: Shipping is also done on weekends OR wednesday only. *Caution: If you pay me via e-check I cannot buy the item till it clears and it takes about 8 or more days. If it`s something Limited Edition you should transfer funds to your bank already.*

−Fees−

I have a flat 15% comission fee for all items over 10000yen. If the items total under 10000yen, then I ask that you pay me a 1,000yen fee. Occasionally, if your item is something scarce and hard to find then the comission fee will be raised up to 5% (Lucky/Happy packs are something that will be this expensive). I tend to be cheaper than the other sites; please compare and pick. Shipping Fees will drastically change between the normal mail and EMS. Normal mail will possibly take up to a month to recieve. I take options so if you want to track your items or something of that matter I will put that also for an extra fee. Rushed items will cost an additional 4%. Items that are rushed are those that are shipped within the next 4 days. Items rushed should arrive by the 7-9th day if you are in the US and the item does not get stuck in Customs.

−Payment−

Paypal is preferred, but I will take Postal Orders. For those planning on postal orders, I will ask that you do the following: If you are in the US, please make sure that the Money Order you send me is PINK and says "Postal Money Order". If you`re still not sure if you have it correct, ask the postal office that you are sending one to Japan. You must certify this when sending. I cannot and will not accept Consealed Cash because the currency is different and so are the exchange rates.

−Caution−

Once I recieve the item and e-mail you regarding your second payment(if you do not state your address, then your e-mail will be asking your country, and if you`re clear about your address the mail would be your second total), I give a week for you to respond. If you DO NOT RESPOND, I will assume the item is forfeited and you will not recieve a refund for this item, and the item will possibly be put up for sale somewhere. If I still have the item after this one-week is over and such, I can still send it to you but I will charge you with a late fee (which will be 5% a day). The reason why I state this is because I do not have the space to put all of your items in my room and that the room is not under constant care that I can drive all the humidity out, therefore I cannot ensure that an item will not be damaged after a week (especially clothes). I am not a storage that will keep the item until you decide to come up weeks later. If you don`t think you have enough money for shipping, then please don`t order out of me. Also, if you`re going on vacation of some sort, I ask that you tell me ahead of time. I will consider other excuses but please give me a reply of some sort. 02/17/2007 -Orders placed between January to Mid-February will take approximatley 2.5 weeks plus due to number of orders and university exams. The left button will send the mail directly to me. There are some problems occasionally where I reply right back to the mail-server, so if you do not recieve a reply back in a week, you should contact me again with the mailform with a note "I didn`t get a reply back".
